Senior Process Engineer

R&D Circuits, Inc. (dba R&D Altanova, Inc.) is recruiting for our South Plainfield, NJ Office: Senior Process Engineer: Provide process engineering support for AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) process in the manufacturing of PCB (Printed Circuit Boards). Interface with AOI equipment suppliers to optimize process to reduce cycle times. Review and implement any corrective actions related to AOI escapes. Project management on R&D work for Intel. KPI (Key Performance Indicators) review with Intel per schedule. FA (Failure Analysis) and corrective action implementation of any RMA boards from Intel. Production customer interface for Intel business. MPP (Manufacturing Process Procedures) maintenance, training, and implementation. Participate in daily production meetings to resolve process issues and work on new R&D Projects. Attend customer conference calls to discuss KPIs and other projects. $93,328/yr. – $108,328/yr.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Physics, or a related field and 36 months of experience.


Application Engineer

R&D Circuits, Inc. (dba R&D Altanova, Inc.) is recruiting for our South Plainfield, NJ: Application Engineer: Interface with customers regarding customer design needs, initiate schematic generation, and assist designers on layouts. Arrange “kick-off” meeting with customers and gather all the required design information. Assist Sales in acquiring new projects by giving presentations to customers about the company’s capabilities. Define PCB materials and layout rules for high speed and RF circuits. Own prototype functional checkout and validation. Part-time telecommuting allowed. $112,798/yr. – $127,798/yr.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 36 months of experience.
