Test Engineer 

R&D Circuits, Inc. (dba R&D Altanova, Inc.) is recruiting for our Allentown, PA Office: Test Engineer: Perform software and hardware debug for first article Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and troubleshoot test program according to electrical design specifications. Provide on-site assistance and support the process of developing PCB test programs. Review electrical test data and conduct root cause failure analysis on returned customer failure. Perform troubleshooting of issues in PCB boards using Acculogic software XMatic, Integrator, Schematic and Allegro schematics software. Collaborate with manufacture and machine vendors for troubleshooting PCB failures and software related issues. Interact with customers to define PCBA test strategies, test documents, test validation, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Generate test reports and analysis of test data, prepare documentation and recommendations.  $101,026/yr. – $116,026/yr.

Education and Experience Required: 

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering or a related field and 36 months of experience.
